Any package you take has Work Limit Hours with validity of 30 days
What if my Work requires more hours?
You can Top Up your account by paying for the required hours for support and development.
Will any work have Hour’s limitations?
No we don’t limit any work, it can be of 30 mins or 10 hours and above. Make sure the account has valid hours as balance
Can i post more than 1 Work Tickets in a day?
Well you can only post 1 Ticket in a Business day.
Do we have to share wp-admin login details?
Yes without wp-admin details we won’t be able to work for your support or development Ticket.
